CD Release Party, June 24

Kingdom of Love Hosts CD Release Party at Lizard Lounge with Parlour Bells and Lost Lake
CD release party on June 24 at Lizard Lounge in Cambridge supports Ghosts, their debut mini-LP.

Kingdom of Love, featuring acclaimed Boston singer/songwriter Linda Viens (Angeline, Boston Rock Opera) and veteran composer/producer Richard Lamphear celebrates the release of their debut mini-LP, Ghosts, on June 24, 2017, at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge, Mass. Completing the lineup are Johnny Berosh (ex-Strangemen) on drums, Zachary Rochester on bass, Sandra Marcelino and Sue Minichiello on vocals, and Ben Aiken on keys. Also appearing are local glam gods Parlour Bells and noir rockers Lost Lake.

Boston ‘zine The Noise says Kingdom of Love “[dishes] out a cool interplay of vocal melodies” and describes their music as “songs [with] a modern underground sound.” The band, which has appeared on WMFO and is featured on the Keep Safe Boston compilation and the upcoming Bowie tribute Loving the Aliens on Lowbudget Records, fuses rocked-out electronic beats with world-class pop savvy. Think The Beatles and Bowie meet cutting-edge dance music.

The Lizard Lounge is located at Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA. This is a 21+ show. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 at the door and $10 in advance

Lost Lake kicks things off at 9:00 p.m., followed by Kingdom of Love at 10:00, and Parlour Bells at 11:00.
